Dear Ones, just wanted you to know that I'm not feeling the way I'd like to. Went into ER on Christmas morning with severe nausea & vertigo. Was taken to the hospital later that day and stayed there until yesterday. The main concern my doctors have right now is that my platelet count has dropped drastically. I contacted my hemotologist to learn he's out of town, but thankfully he contacted his associate at the hospital downtown & I'm waiting on a call from her. I may need to go today for bloodwork & a check-up.
If you don't hear from me in a while please know I'm thinking of all of you. I must regain my strength once again. Along with a few other things. Being bed-ridden for 3 days sure takes a toll on you. I was told years ago that if you strapped an athlete to a bed for 24 hours he would be as weak as a kitten when he got up .. not sure how true that is, but it makes me feel better to know I'm at least standing.
Blessings to each of you. Take care.
Dear Louise, I am so sorry to hear this. Praying for your healing. Please get well soon.

ReplyDeleteOh my precious Louise, I have been praying for you. I'm so glad to hear from you and want you to know you are so loved and so prayed for. Rest up, get stronger and we will be keeping your name before the Lord.
ReplyDeleteLove you!
Pat
I've been praying for you ... after seeing a prayer request for you.
ReplyDeleteMy mom was recently hospitalized ... low on two pints of blood from bleeding ulcers ... she's on blood thinner that probably caused it.
Hope you feel better soon ...
Hugs,
Happy new year to Looeeth & Fred. We love you!
